Ellis Marrow
Principal. Draws the work and stays responsible for the scope.
The practice
About
Ironwood is written as a Millhaven builder whose work is organized around drawings, materials, and a small field crew.
The office in this concept stays close to the work. Concrete, steel, and timber are named in the drawings because those are the materials the buildings are made of. The portfolio is the proof the concept is willing to show.
There is no founding year on this site. A number of years in business would pretend the fiction has an operating history. The same restraint applies to licenses, insurance, awards, reviews, and headcount.
People in the concept
June Pell
Project lead. Keeps the sequence of a job aligned with the plates.
Ellis Marrow and June Pell are fictional. They are part of the concept, not a staff directory.
What a production site would add
A real contractor could replace this page with a verifiable license, insurance, and a way to reach the office. Those facts are omitted here so the concept does not invent them.
