Four kinds of work, described as construction rather than as a menu of icons. Each one links to a demonstration project.
Custom residential
New houses and accessory buildings, drawn around the lot rather than dropped onto it.
Residential work in this concept covers a house and the smaller buildings that belong with it. The drawings stay specific: where the floor meets the slope, which rooms take the light, and which structure is meant to be seen.

Commercial
Small offices, workshops, and shells where the structure should stay easy to read.
Commercial work here means buildings with a public face and a working interior. The portfolio shows a narrow office building and a warehouse refit. Scopes are described as construction, without occupancy claims or lease results.

Renovation
Changes to buildings that already have a stance, keeping the original legible.
Renovation in the concept starts by naming what stays. Cedar Bend keeps its gable and replaces a porch with a kitchen wing. The earlier and finished plates are the proof of scope, not a before-and-after slogan.

Outdoor and structural
Pavilions, frames, and site structures that are mostly the joinery and the roof.
Some of the work is not a room. Iron Creek is a roof on posts, held back from the water. This category is for structure that has to be precise because there is nowhere to hide it.
